But you need to pay for the lock. You may also save a little if you are paying for around 3 to 12 months in advance. Due to the increasing number of storage companies the rates are usually quite competitive. You can usually avail of some special deal or discounts too.

You can compare the prices and services offered by them and then narrow down your options. Once you have done that you must visit the facility in person and make sure it suits your needs. Do not just go with the company that offers the lowest pricing. You must check other things like security, cleanliness, access timings, etc.
